Gift Card Policy

This gift card is redeemable for merchandise at any Call it Spring store or website in Canada and at www.callitspring.com. It has no value unless purchased and activated at a Call it Spring point of sale.
No expiry, no fees. The funds on this card never expire. There are no purchase, activation, dormancy, inactivity, maintenance or balance-inquiry fees. Balance inquiries are free at any Call it Spring store or at www.callitspring.com.
Use. Purchases are deducted from the card balance and the remaining balance is shown on your receipt. The card may be used until the balance is exhausted. If a purchase exceeds the balance, the difference may be paid by any other accepted method.
Cash and refunds. The card is not redeemable for cash and is non-refundable, except where a refund or cash redemption is required by applicable law.
Lost, stolen or damaged cards. Keep this card safe and treat it as cash. If the card is damaged, defaced or unreadable, Call it Spring will replace it for the remaining balance shown in Call it Spring's records. If the card is lost or stolen, Call it Spring will replace it for the remaining balance where you can provide the original purchase receipt or other proof of purchase. Except as set out above, Call it Spring is not responsible for use of the card by a person who is not the intended holder, except where the loss results from Call it Spring's own act or omission or that of its employees or representatives.
Changes to these terms. Call it Spring may modify these terms only for cards issued after the change takes effect, or, for cards already issued, where the change is required by law or is favorable to the holder. Any other change will be made only on 30 days' prior notice, and you may refuse the change and use the remaining balance under the terms in effect when the card was issued.
Statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

We will respond within 10 business days. Nothing in these terms limits your right to bring your claim before the courts or to the consumer protection authority of your province.
