We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 60 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. In the interest of hygiene, earrings, cosmetics and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time. Swimwear may not be returned if the hygiene seal is broken. No items may be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday or on December 26 and 27. Items can only be returned or exchanged in the country in which they were originally purchased.
Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
You may return online orders free via courier or at any Call It Spring store. Purchases and orders placed in store can be returned in store only. Note that Paypal purchases are only refundable through Paypal if returned by Mail; Paypal purchases can be exchanged in store, or refunded to a Call It Spring gift card or to a debit card.
To return in-store
To find a store nearest you, simply put your postal code to the right. Return the unworn or unwashed item(s) to the location of you preference and our associates will be pleased to assist you. Purchases paid for using split payment (part Gift Card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the Gift Card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used. Note that Paypal purchases are refundable through Paypal only if returned by Mail; Paypal purchases can be exchanged in store, or refunded to a Call It Spring gift card or to a debit card.
__Free Returns via courier __
To initiate your return, simply put in your order number and postal code on the top right and click on Start a return request. Your order will then appear and you will be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return. Please select the dropdown option which best describes the reason for your return. Click submit and we will send you the UPS label via email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Order delivery and transit time depend on the shipping method you selected.
-Standard shipping: delivered within 6 business days from the date your order was placed (1-2 business days for handling and up to 4 business days of transit time).
-Express shipping: delivered within 5 business days from the date your order was placed (1-2 business days for handling and up to 3 business days of transit time).
