When placing an order I got an error message telling me to contact the Customer Care Center. What went wrong?
If you've received this error message after you remitted your payment information, be sure to double check that your billing address appears exactly as it does on your credit/debit card statement. If you still get an error message, make sure that there are no pop-ups being blocked, which may be necessary to complete the order. Neither are the issue? Why can't I order this product?
There are some products that are unavailable to ship to California at this time. This is due to their state law, to possess with intent to sell, or to sell within the state certain products.
Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
Price adjustments may be applied with the original receipt on regular priced items bought in-store only, within 7 days of the original purchase. Price adjustments are not available on items purchased on promotion or in conjunction with a fundraising campaign. There is no price adjustment on online purchases.
Why are there processing delays?
We may require a little time to locate, pack and ship items in your order. We'll notify you with updates via email at every step of your order and delivery process.
I accidentally placed my order with the standard "up to 6 business day" delivery, but I need to receive my order tomorrow. What should I do?
We unfortunately cannot change shipping options once your order has been placed. We can offer to cancel your order and replace it with a new one with express shipping.
However, the quickest shipping option that we offer at this time is up to 5 business day express shipping. At this moment, we do not offer next day delivery.
