Curbside Pickup: For a safe and speedy experience, select a time to pick up your order at a designated area by our store. We’ll deliver it to you when you arrive!
If you've already received your order pickup confirmation, you have the option to set up a curbside pick up appointment at one of our stores (currently offered in select Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec stores) or you can wait until the store is reopen. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.
If you haven't received your order pickup confirmation email, we may be able to assist you in rerouting your package. Please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
As the health and safety of our people, customers’ and communities are our top priority, we are closely monitoring and respecting regulations provided by the government of the regions our stores are located, including COVID-19 regulations.
To ensure we help minimize the spread of the virus and keep each other safe, we are instilling the mandatory wear of face masks in all of our store locations, effective July 18th 2020.
We’re also closely aligned with government policies, public health guidelines and are enforcing an increase in the frequency of cleanings and precautionary health measures for all associates. This includes frequent handwashing, social distancing and staying home when showing symptoms or sick.
Here are some measures we’ve put in place:
-In smaller back stores, we are only allowing one associate per shift.
-In larger Distribution Centers, we are diligently reinforcing 6FT/2M physical distancing rules at all times throughout each shift.
-All associates must wear gloves when handling boxes, products and any other materials or tools on site.
-All associates are receiving their own tools at the beginning of each shift.
-All shared workstations and equipment are being sanitized before and after each shift.
-Extra sanitizing stations have been installed and we’re increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing of all door handles, faucets and kitchen areas to every hour.
