I bought these shoes a month ago and the sole on the heel has already fallen off. The heel is now one gaping hole. They are cute shoes but the quality is not there.

I bought this a little over a month ago and the fabric around the ankle area has gotten really stretched out, loose, and doesn't keep its shape anymore. This is my first purchase from this brand but I've been purchasing this style boot for a while now. I can't really wear the boots anymore because they look baggy and weird with my jeans :(

These boots are super cute and I love them but the back of the shoe is digging into my skin making it extremely painful to walk and even if I cover my skin with my jeans it still seems to get in there and hurt me. Now I have a dent and bruise from this. I don't know how to make this problem go away. I usually get a 6.5 in call it spring shoes but they only had a 6 left and it seemed to fit okay but I'm not sure if its the shoe size that is causing me this problem.

Got them in black. Very happy with these shoes. Can be dressed down or up, and make any outfit nicer. The block heel make them very comfortable for walking around. I would recommend getting shoe care with with these shoes if you are planning to wear these in the winter like I am!
