How can I track my order?
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, which along with the postal code of your shipping address, will be all you need to track your order. You can track your order by calling 1-866-225-2992, or online.


How can I change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option of returning/exchanging it at one of our store locations or by courier. Click here to learn more about our return policy.


How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order. The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select.

The following shipping methods are currently available:

Can I place an international order?
Unfortunately we cannot currently process online orders from countries other than Canada and the continental USA, but we do have stores operating in other countries. For a list of countries where we have stores, please click here.


How can I return/exchange my order?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option of returning/exchanging it at one of our store locations or by courier. Click here to learn more about how to our simple returns process.


How can I find a Call it Spring product that I am looking for?
Use the search box in the top right corner of our Web site to find styles based on trend, categories or style name. You can then refine your search on the results page.

What are your size conversions?
Our footwear is labeled with European sizes. Click here to view our detailed conversion chart. When shopping online at Call it Spring, select the same size as you would in a Call it Spring store. Please note that we do not currently offer half sizes. If you usually take a half size, we recommend you order one size up. For example, if you are normally a size 8.5, we recommend that you order a size 9.


Where can I purchase a Call it Spring gift card?
Call it Spring gift cards are offered in denominations of $25 - $500 and can be purchased online and in any one of our stores. Find your nearest store location here.


How can I redeem my Call it Spring gift card?
Call it Spring gift cards can be used to make a purchase in our stores. Find your nearest store location here. Gift cards cannot be currently be redeemed online.


Do you have a product catalogue?
Given that we carry an extremely vast and ever-changing selection of styles, the best place to view entire collection is on our Web site. We do not currently offer a printed catalogue.


Is it safe to shop online at Call it Spring?
Call it Spring is very proud to offer our customers a fully secure shopping environment. Call it Spring is a "Verisign Secured" site, meaning that all credit card information and other confidential information are encrypted using SSL technology. Your credit card information will not be retained once you make a purchase.

We do not accept cheques, cash, credit vouchers or international credit cards.

IMPORTANT: Your billing address must exactly match your name, address and postal code exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. This information is used as a part of the validation process for your credit card payment.

Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid Canadian addresses (P.O. boxes are not accepted). Your phone number and email address are also required in case our Customer Contact Center needs to contact you about your order.


Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
We do charge sales tax for online orders, just as we do in our stores. If we do not have a store in your state, you will be charged the same tax rate as in your closest Call it Spring store. Shipping charges are also subject to sales tax.

If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes paid on the returned item. However, you will not receive a refund for the taxes paid on the shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless you are returning something as a result of a shipping error.
