If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, ALDO’s high standard of customer service will make things easy.
 
To be eligible for a full refund, merchandise must be unworn and returned in its original box, with the receipt within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will take form only in the manner in which the payment was made. After 7 days and up to 14 days after date of purchase, if merchandise is unworn and returned in its original box, with a receipt, a credit note will be issued in the form of an SPRING credit note.

SPRING credit notes are valid for up to 1 year from the date issued. SPRING is not responsible for lost credit notes.
 
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days after date of purchase.

No monetary refunds will be granted on sale merchandise. 

Returns or exchanges of sale merchandise will be accepted up to 7 days after date of purchase if merchandise is unworn and returned in its original box, with a receipt.

No returns or exchanges on sale merchandise will be accepted after 7 days from the date of purchase.  
 
If you do not have your receipt, unworn merchandise may be returned in its original box for an exchange equal to the current selling price of the original purchase.
 
Merchandise can only be refunded or exchanged in the same country in which it was purchased.
 
For Hygienic reasons, no returns or exchanges will be accepted on earring purchases.

Mending of merchandise will be done on the expense of ALDO up to 3 months from the date of purchase. ALDO will be happy to offer this service after the 3 months at the customers’ expense.
